Steven & Heidi

His previous mortgage work included government and residential lending, borrower guidance, loan analysis, pipeline management, and coordination from application through closing.
Investor and business financing
Through Greathouse Farms Capital, Steven helps qualified investors, farmers and business owners organize financing scenarios and explore potential programs for DSCR rental properties, commercial real estate, equipment, working capital and business growth.
